Alledged SLU Sex Assualt Victim Fights Back

(St. Louis, MO) The SLU student who filed complaints of being sexually assaulted last weekend has indicated her desire to pursue the incident through the university's Office of Conduct. Speaking through her representative, St. Louis attorney David Korum, the student said she and her family were disappointed with the decision of the Circuit Attorney declining criminal prosecution at this time, and will continue to provide information to the police as well as continuing to vigorously pursue same through the university. "It appears at the very least that there is sufficient evidence of violations of university Code of Student Conduct which, if proven, would support disciplinary action including expulsion," according to Korum.
