It takes just one person to step up. One person to say that is enough, and one person to call the police. Investigators say that one person, a tipster, led police to a man accused of killing the Mayor of Washington Park John Thornton. Aaron Jackson checked into a motel in Alorton, Illinois with another name. Police believe he may have stayed there for a couple of days. However, someone saw Jackson and wasted little time calling police. That tipster help police to capture Jackson after a week of searching for him. That tipster that called has also brought relief to a grieving family. All it takes is just one person. Tomorrow you or I could get the call to step up to the plate.
