BELLEVILLE, Il. (KMOV.com) -- Passengers who ride Metrolink at the end of the line in the Metro East will experience nightly delays through the end of the year. Repair work is being done between the Shiloh-Scott Station and the College Station.
Metrolink will close each night at 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and will reopen for the morning schedule each day. Busses will take passengers between Shiloh-Scott and College Station.
“And there are some delays we need to let people know about,” said Metro spokeswoman Patti Beck. “Westbound passengers can expect a 20 to 25 minute delay. If you’re Eastbound, from College to Scott it's a 5 to 10 minute delay.”
Cardinals fans who use Metrolink to get to games from Shiloh-Scott may want to just park at College instead. That way when you get back from the game your car will be there and you won’t face any delay.
