BRENTWOOD, Mo. (KMOV) – A St. Louis-area business owner and former board member at St. Louis Children’s Hospital is accused of exposing his genitals to a child at a Brentwood Home Depot.
Christopher Frank, 42, was charged with sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony.
Authorities say it happened at the Home Depot in the 1600 block of South Hanley Road on November 25.
Police said Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and showed his genitals to a child in the next stall over.
Authorities said Frank then lied down on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom.
Frank is listed on his LinkedIn page as the owner of Cfx. Inc. He was also a board member at St. Louis Children’s between 2006 and 2009. In addition to his duties with the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Frank was a volunteer at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center.
His ties with the center have since been suspended.
Frank's attorney, Derek Rudman, says his client is innocent, but would not say why.
