JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A female passenger was killed and a male driver was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Jefferson County Friday night.
Police say Keith Kimberly, 34, lost control of his Chevy Camaro while traveling around a curve on Lonedell Road just before 10:30 p.m. Kimberly reportedly overcorrected when returning to the roadway, then struck a utility pole.
Angela Long-Larue, 36, of St. Louis was pronounced dead on the scene by Rock Township emergency personnel.
Kimberly was transported to St. Anthony's Hospital with moderate injuries.
According to the crash report, neither Kimberly nor Long-Larue was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
