(FootballStL) -- The St. Louis Rams have completed a trade with the Denver Broncos for wide receiver Brandon Lloyd on Monday.

The Rams traded away a 6th round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, but can be changed to a 5th round pick if Lloyd has 30 more catches in 2011.  Lloyd is expected to arrive in St. Louis on Monday night and head coach Steve Spagnuolo expects Lloyd to play against Dallas on Sunday.

John Elway, Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the Denver Broncos, tweeted "We appreciate all the hard work that Brandon did during his three years in Denver and wish him the best with the Rams..."

Lloyd has caught 19 passes this season for 283 yards and no touchdowns.

In 2010, Lloyd was selected to his first Pro Bowl after playing in all 16 games for the Denver Broncos and catching 77 passes for 1,448 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Lloyd was the 4th most targeted receiver in the NFL last season under former Broncos coach and current Rams offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels' offense.

Lloyd is in his ninth NFL season and has played for the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers.
