ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Some St. Louis leaders are raising concerns about wild dogs roaming the streets of the city's north side.
It was about a decade ago that a boy was attacked and killed by wild dogs. Now, aldermanic president Lewis Reed tells KMOX Radio that he has witnessed packs of 10 to 15 dogs running together. He says the dogs do not have collars or tags.
Reed isn't alone in his concern. Alderman Antonio French posted a video on his YouTube channel showing a dog menacing residents.
