(KMOV.com) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation reports they have apprehended the suspect who police say robbed a bank in Imperial, Missouri.
Investigators said they arrested Larry Morrison, 35, from House Springs on Saturday morning.
Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer said Morrison robbed the First State Community Bank in the 4500 block of Old Highway 21 around 11:00 Friday morning.
On Friday, officers responded to the scene and were advised that Morrison walked into the bank, displayed a gun to one of the tellers and demanded money. The teller complied and Morrison fled with an unknown amount of money.
Witnesses stated Morrison was seen fleeing in an older model gray Jeep Cherokee along southbound Old Highway 21.
The FBI's Violent Crime Task Force made the arrest Saturday morning.
