(KMOV)- The St. Louis School District is reaching out to help inform high school drop-outs who still want to earn their high school diplomas.
The district is promoting Fresh Start Academy, a program in south St. Louis that opened in September to help those who still want a degree.
Fresh Start is not like a typical GED program. The students at the academy can receive an actual diploma. Some jobs, and the military, prefer workers who have a diploma over a GED.
Students can register anytime, but they must be between 17 and 21 years old.
