(KMOV)—Mercy Hospital announced plans to build a new center in Chesterfield, bringing jobs to the St. Louis area.
The plan to build a hospital in Chesterfield and four outpatient centers in St. Charles will create about 400 new jobs.
The virtual care center set for chesterfield will be the first of its kind in the country. It will allow doctors and nurses to use the latest technology to treat patients at Mercy Hospitals across the Midwest.
This $2.4 billion investment should be complete in 8 years.
