CHESTERFIELD, Mo.(KMOV) - Starting next week, a solution that promises to break down smog will be tested on a new section of Highway 141 between Ladue and Olive.
Researchers will be monitoring how effective this concrete spray is at combating pollution. The smog-eating spray has been used in Italy, but this is the first time it will be used in the United States.
It will cost $100,000 to cover 1,500 feet of three lanes.
