ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- A 32-year-old man was charged Wednesday with first degree murder after a case of road rage last month in downtown St. Louis turned deadly.
Officials say Dailey was driving east on Wall Street onto North Broadway when he nearly hit the victim's vehicle driving south on North Broadway. The victim, 19-year-old Christopher Walton-Jones, attempted to drive away after an argument occurred between Dailey and the victim. After attempting to leave the scene, Dailey shot at his vehicle. Walton-Jones was shot one time with the bullet entering under his armpit. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing.
A judge ordered no bond for Dailey. He was also charged with first degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action.
