Police charged a registered sex offender Monday for exposing himself to a young girl at work.

Authorities say Donald Dillow, an employee at a West County Kohl's department store, exposed himself to a young girl in the children's section over the weekend.

Police fear this wasn't the first time Dillow exposed himself inside the store.

Police say a 5-year-old girl and her grandmother were shopping for pajamas on Friday at the Manchester Kohl's when the incident happened. According to police, the 5-year-old saw the man drop his pants around noon.

Authorities say the girl didn't say anything at the time, but let the news spill when she arrived home.

Within minutes of hearing the news, the girl, her parents, and grandmother were parked in front of Manchester Police Department headquarters to report the incident.

The two-day investigation led police to show the girl a photo lineup. Without hesitation, the victim pointed to the 60-year-old Dillow.

It's unclear how long Dillow worked at the West County Kohl's location. A check of the Missouri sex offender’s website shows he raped a 7, 8, and 9 year-old girl at Scott Air Force Base 20 years ago.

Dillow served hig long sentence for those crimes at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks at Ft. Leavenworth in Kansas. A family member says Dillow was released about five ago.

As for Kohl's, the department store has only commented that they are working with authorities.

As of Monday night, Dillow is in jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond. He's facing one felony count of sexual misconduct.
