ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com)—Police in St. Louis are investigating several armed robberies that happened minutes apart late Tuesday night across the city.
According to reports, three victims were approached at 11 p.m., on the 4400 block of Labadie where police say two male teens robbed a 19-year-old victim of his cell phone at gunpoint. The weapon displayed is believed to be a dark-colored handgun
The suspects in this case have been described as black males weighing approximately 150 lbs and 5’6” – 6 ‘0 in height. They left in an unidentifiable car.
Investigators are also working on a robbery on the 3700 block of Natural Bridge where a 24-year-old man was also robbed of his cell phone shortly before 11 p.m.
In this case, the suspects are described as two black teens, 16-19 years old, weighing 140-160lbs and approximately 5’6” to 5’8” in height. One suspect was carrying an automatic pistol. These suspects were seen leaving in a 4-door grey colored car.
Authorities have not confirmed a possible relation between the robberies at this time.
