PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A 33-year-old woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly hosted a party at her home where she witnessed underage kids participate in sexual acts.
The Pulaski County sheriff says they became aware of this case after an investigation of a sexual assault that happened on January 27, 2012.
Investigators say Jill Marie Rivera, 33, had a party at her home that evening and provided minors with alcohol. Rivera allegedly witnessed the sexual acts and did not try to stop the underage teens. The investigation of the sexual assault resulted in a first-degree statutory sodomy charge.
Rivera was arrested Friday and taken to the Pulaski County Jail. She was booked and released after posting a $25,000 bond.
