ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Two teens and 1 adult were charged in the ATF involved shooting that occured Wednesday morning.
Lorenzo Tate, 17, Damitrius Creighton, 17, and Arlando Quarles, 22, are all charged with 2nd degree murder and 1st degree attempted robbery. All are being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
Creighton was also charged with 2nd degree assault on a law enforcment officer.
Authorities said the incident happened while ATF agents and police were investigating three robbery suspects in the 6100 block of South Grand around 11:15 a.m.
According to police, officers were trying to apprehend the suspects when they tried running over an ATF agent with their vehicle.
The agent fired multiple shots into the suspects’ vehicle, striking Myron Pollard, 18, and another suspect.
Police said Pollard was pronounced dead Thursday morning around 2 a.m.
All three suspects were transported to the hospital, where Pollard later died.
No ATF agents or police officers were injured, according to authorities.
Police said they recovered three guns at the scene.
