ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Two passengers were in critical condition after a car struck a building in north St. Louis Tuesday night.
Police said two cars were involved in a wreck when one struck a building at high speeds near the intersection of Natural Bridge Avenue and Marcus Avenue.
Three passengers were in the car that struck the building. Two were in critical condition and one was guarded. The building sustained structural damage when the vehicle hit it, and the passengers were trapped inside.
Emergency crews used the jaws of life to free the passengers and fire personnel were able to stabilize the building.
A passenger in the car that missed the building sustained minor injuries.
