PARK HILLS, Mo (KMOV.com) – Police arrested a 22-year-old man after he allegedly exposed himself to children in Desloge on Friday.
Nicholas Hager, 22, was charged with attempted enticement of a child, child kidnapping, first-degree sexual misconduct and second-degree sexual misconduct.
According to police, four kids were playing in the 500 block of South Harry Jr. Street around 8:15 p.m. Friday when Hager pulled up in a black Ford Mustang.
Police said he asked the kids where Brightwood Park is.
Authorities said when the 9-year-old moved closer to answer the question, Hager offered her money in exchange for oral sex.
Police said all four kids ran home and Hager took off in the opposite direction. Authorities said they believe he wanted to get the girl close enough so he could grab her.
Authorities said a few hours later it happened again in Park Hills, located only a few minutes away.
According to police, there were two men in the vehicle when it happened in Park Hills, but one of them matched Hager’s description.
The latest allegations came just two months after two abduction attempts happened in nearby Bonne Terre.
In one of those cases, two men pulled up in a black truck and offered to give a 7-year-old girl a ride. She refused and ran away.
