ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis police responded to a North St. Louis riverfront business Monday night after a body was found in a rail car.
According to reports, the body was found in the 5500 block of Hall Street around 9:30 p.m. near the ACL Transportation Services yard. When officers arrived, they found the body covered in coal and coal dust. At this point, officials have not been able to determine a cause of death due to the state of the body.
The rail car the body was found in is reportedly from Wyoming. Police are not speculating on how the body got there.
