Parking garage attendant robbed at gunpoint in downtown St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A parking garage attendant in downtown St. Louis was robbed early Monday morning by two men on motorcycles, police report.

Officials said the robbery happened at North 6th and Locust streets in downtown St. Louis around 2:30 a.m.

According to reports, the driver of one of the motorcycles lifted the arm blocking in the exit lane to the garage and two motorcycles with four men drove in.  An attendant who was in a booth confronted the suspects.  One of the suspects reportedly pulled out a gun and threatened the attendant. 

The suspects took money from the attendant and then left the scene.  They were last seen heading northbound on North 6th Street.

The suspects were described to police as four black males, but further descriptions were not immediately available.

An investigation is ongoing.
