NORTH ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV)—One man is hospitalized after he crashed his vehicle shortly after being shot in north St. Louis late Sunday night.
According to authorities, a wounded 25-year-old man lost control of his minivan, crashing into a pole at Kingshighway and Terry at 11:30 p.m.
Police say the victim had been shot multiple times in the upper body near a White Castle Restaurant while driving along the 3500 block of Kingshighway before crashing.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is unstable, listed in critical condition.
No word on suspects at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
