(KMOV.com) – Belleview School District Superintendent James Bell, Jr. is facing charges after allegedly trying to distribute performance enhancing drugs (PEDs).
Bell, 48, is charged with four counts of distributing a controlled substance. Authorities said Bell tried to ship a package to California that contained three vials of Nandrolone Decanoate, three vials of Testosterone Enanthate, four unlabeled vials, three packets containing 100 pills, three packets labeled Methandienone, and one packet with an unknown substance.
Bell is being held in the St. Francois County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
