CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (KMOV.com)--The booster club treasurer at Parkway Central High School has been arrested and charged with stealing more than $100,000.

According to Chesterfield Police, Rice Jacobs, 63. is responsible for stealing at least $121,814 by writing checks to himself.

Jacobs confessed to stealing the money from the club's account for several years in a meeting with the school's principal and the directors of the school's bands, orchestra and choirs, court records say.

Police say Rice also made questionable purchases using the booster club's debit card.

Jacobs has been the Treasurer for the booster club at the high school for the past ten years.
