Suspect arrested in shooting of teen in south St. Louis

(KMOV.com) – Authorities said a man is facing charges for allegedly killing a teen in south St. Louis December 16.
Jeron Frairson, 21, of south St. Louis, has been charged with first degree murder, first degree assault, and armed criminal action. He is accused of killing Chelsea Harris, 16, in the 4600 block of Dewey.
Frairson is being held on a $750,000 cash only bond.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A teenager was killed in a double shooting in south St. Louis Monday afternoon.
Police say the suspect fired several shots at 16-year-old Chelsea Harris and an 18-year-old boy as they got out of a vehicle in the 4600 block of Dewey.
Following the shooting, Harris made it into a home, where she collapsed. The boy is listed in critical but stable condition. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
Harris was pronounced dead at a local hospital a short time after the shooting.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 17 and 18-years-old, 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-6 and 125 to 130 pounds. Police say the suspect has a low fade haircut with deep natural waves and sideburns. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, red shirt, blue and gold jacket, high top Nike Forces sneakers and khaki pants at the time of the shooting.
The suspect is armed with a silver gun, according to police.
