ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com)- Ferguson protesters, some of whom were dressed in costumes, marched in downtown St. Louis Friday morning.
Protesters marched Friday from Kiener Plaza to City Hall while being escorted by police. The group then marched to Eagleton Courthouse.
Protesters took issue that officers, dressed in riot gear, met them outside and blocked entrances into all of the buildings.
"What we have here is a carnival of injustice," said protester Elizabeth Vega. "Because of what we have been subjected to over the course of 100 days has been a travesty, and if we don't laugh, we will cry."
The group is calling for the Department of Justice to intervene and a special prosecutor to be assigned to investigate Mike Brown's shooting death.
