FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOV) – A St. Louis-area teenager has admitted to setting at least five fires in Florissant’s Paddock Hills subdivision over the past six months.
Khadeem Ratcliff, 18, pleaded guilty October 5 to five counts of knowingly burning or exploding.
According to court documents, Ratcliff set fire to at least three vehicles and a clothing storage box. That includes a gray 1991 Chevrolet van on April 25, a red 2010 Ford pickup truck on June 4 and a gold 1998 Toyota car on June 6.
A sentencing hearing for Ratcliff is scheduled for November 16. His felonies carry a sentence of up to four years in prison.
