(KMOV) -- Jobs will soon be available in Hazelwood thanks to the development of a new building on the same site where the old Ford plant was located.
The 160 acre site of the old plant will become the site of a $200 million business park with at least 11 buildings. Many businesses will move into the new office complex.
Crews have been re-building on the site for the past year and a half since California based Panattoni Development bought the property and demolished the Ford plant.
The name for the new $200 million complex is Aviator Business Park.
The site received a 25 year tax abatement negotiated with the city of Hazelwood.
The construction of the building is just about complete and the company hopes to lease the space to tenants in early spring of 2010.
