(KMOV) -- Flood waters from Wednesday's storms are causing quite the stir, and it's about who is going to clean up the mess.
Almost 100 angry residents poured into the Northwoods City Hall. Many of the residents yelled at elected officials and the Metropolitan Sewer District.
Residents in the area aren't able to get flood insurance and MSD is saying they can't cover it. They will only be able to pay if the home owner only had sewer problems, and not storm water.
MSD also said they don't have money to pay for any storm drain improvements.
Local, state and federal officials said the would try and fight the issue, and residents are praying they succeed.
