(KMOV) -- The Major Case Squad has made an arrest in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy from Belleville, Illinois.
Marlon Fluker, Jr., 22, has been charged with felony first-degree murder in the shooting of Marquis Griffin, 15.
Griffin was killed on North 4th Street near Hough City Park around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday.
When police arrived they tried to save Griffin, but he died at the scene. Neighbors describe the incident as a drive-by shooting.
In addition to Marlon Fluker, Jr. being charged, Marlon Fluker, Sr., 42. was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in mob action in this case.
Bond for Marlon Fluker, Jr. has been set at $2 million. Bond for Marlon Fluker, Sr. has been set at $10,000.
Both men are expected to be arraigned at the St. Clair County Courthouse at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
