(KMOV)-- Two people have been charged after a woman was found dead in a car in Arnold.

Jennifer Brooks and Zachary Meyer have been charged with abandonment of a corpse.

The body of Jessica Eberhardt was found on December 21, 2010.

Authorities said Meyer allegedly injected Eberhardt with an illegal controlled substance which caused her to overdose and die. Brooks, Meyer, and Roland Colombo allegedly conspired to conceal the death of the victim for their own perseverance.

All three suspects carried Eberhardt to her own vehicle parked at 1521 Valley View placing her in the front passenger side floorboard out of view.

Brooks allegedly drove the car to Urgent Care in Arnold and left Eberhardt and the vehicle in the parking lot with the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition.

Meyer picked up Brooks at a nearby location and drove her home without notifying authorities.

During interviews, all three suspects failed to disclose information to police and later admitted to the act.
