The St. Louis Cardinals are not the only ones off to a sluggish start this season.  These former Cardinals have been unable to snap out of their 2010 season slumps early this season.

Felipe Lopez (TB) 7 G, 4 FOR 15, 1 HR, 1 RBI, .267 AVG.

The Tampa Bay Rays are using Felipe Lopez and Sean Rodriguez as a platoon at third base while All-Star Evan Longoria is on the disabled list.  Lopez, who hit .231 for the Cardinals last season, hit his first home run as a Ray on April 9th against the White Sox.

Mike MacDougal (LAD) 4 G, 3.0 IP, 1 HR ALLOWED, 3.00 ERA

Mike MacDougal has pitched effectively early this season for the Dodgers.  The only hiccup this season was a solo home run allowed in a 6-1 win against the San Francisco Giants on Monday

Aaron Miles (LAD) 8 G, 3 FOR 16, 1 RBI, .188 AVG.

Aaron Miles is looking the way he was when he joined the Chicago Cubs in 2009.  He has struggled at the plate and has just as many strikeouts as hits this year.  He is hitting nearly 100-points lower than his career average (.281).

Dennys Reyes (BOS) 4 G, 1 2/3 IP, 16.20 ERA, 2.40 WHIP

The Boston Red Sox are off to one of their worst starts in franchise history.  Dennys Reyes allowed 3 earned runs without recording an out on April 6th against the Cleveland Indians.  The left-hander has not been used in a game since.

Brendan Ryan (SEA) 8 G, 4 FOR 24, 2 RBI, 1 FOR 2 SB, .167 AVG.

The defense Brendan Ryan brings to the field may not be enough for the Seattle Mariners keep him in their lineup.  He has more strikeouts (5) than hits (4) this season.  He has also yet to have a multi-hit game this season.

Pedro Feliz (KC)

Pedro Feliz hit a dismal .208 in 40 games last year for the Cardinals He moved on to the Kansas City Royals during the offseason.  After a lackluster spring, Feliz was granted a release from the Royals.
