UNDATED (AP) -- Someone got really lucky last night in the multi-state Powerball lottery game.
One winning ticket sold in Indiana claims the $221.7 million jackpot. The game had gone without a top winner since February 26, when someone in Florida hit $184 million.
There were also fifteen tickets that matched five of the six winning numbers. Each of them is worth at least $200 thousand. They were sold in Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
The Powerball top prize now resets to $20 million for Saturday's drawing.
The winning Powerball numbers Wednesday evening were: 10-18-41-55 and 56. The Powerball was 15. And, the Power Play was two.
