(KMOV) -- The Missouri Department of Transportation will be busy this week along three major interstates in the St. Louis area, trying to convert the metro interstates back to the way they were before the I-64 project.
This week, crews will shut down lanes of I-270 and I-64 at 8 p.m. They will quit in time to have all lanes open by 5 a.m. for the morning rush hour.
All but one lane of Interstate 70 will be closed in both directions from I-270 to I-170 Monday through Friday.
Monday night, crews will be restriping and resurfacing westbound lanes of I-44 from Shrewsberry to the Meramec River Bridge.
Finally, on Wednesday night, MoDOT will shift westbound traffic of I-64 over I-270 to prepare from three months of bridge work.
