Two separate overnight shootings in south city leave two men injured

(KMOV) – Two men were injured in two separate overnight shootings in south St. Louis.

A 34-year-old man was shot in the arm in the 2600 block of Rutger in south St. Louis just after midnight on Sunday.

Police say the man recalls sitting on his porch when a car drove by and shot him.

He is in stable condition.

Another man was shot in the 2300 block of south Jefferson around 12:45 a.m. on Sunday.

The 20-year-old was shot in the leg during a drive-by shooting as he was walking down the street. He is also in stable condition.

There is no word on any suspects in either of the cases.
