Penne Amatriciana Recipe

Quill shaped pasta, Italian sausage, pancetta bacon and onions
in a spicy marinara with a touch of garlic.

2 cups Penne noodle < boil al’Dante
2 cups marinara
3 oz Italian sausage sautéed and drain grease
4 oz pancetta bacon diced, sauté medium
2 tbsp minced onions, sauté onions to translucent
1 tsp garlic add and sauté
Pinch parsley add and sauté
Red pepper/white pepper and salt to taste
1 tbsp unsalted butter to finish liaison
