ST. LOUIS (AP) -- There's a glut of tight ends at training camp for the St. Louis Rams.
Veterans Danny Fells and Bill Bajema are the incumbents. Veteran Darcy Johnson was signed in the offseason as a free agent from the New York Giants.
There are also two rookies hoping to catch on with the Rams: Michael Hoomanawanui (hoo-MAH'-nuh-wah-noo-ee) from Illinois and Fendi Onobun from Houston.
Coach Steve Spagnuolo knows what his veterans can do. He's keeping his eye on the two rookies to see how they measure up.
