(KMOV) -- Charges are being sought against Larry Baldwin of Rolla, 31, for second degree pharmacy robbery and resisting arrest on Friday, August 6.

Rolla Police said Baldwin allegedly entered Sinks Pharmacy, located in the 1000 block of S. US 63 in Rolla, at approximately 9:30 a.m. and demanded narcotics from the employees.

Reportedly, the suspect was not armed, was unable to obtain any narcotics and left the business.
 
No employees from the pharmacy were harmed.
 
Responding officers quickly located the suspect driving a vehicle near the pharmacy and pursued it. In the 12000 block of Cedar Grove, the suspect lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck several trees.
 
An ambulance from the Phelps County Regional Medical Center (PCRMC) was requested and the suspect was transported to the PCRMC for evaluation as a result of the single-vehicle collision.
