FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Three people were arrested during protests outside the Ferguson Police Department Thursday night.
Police said a group of demonstrators lawfully protested in a parking lot in the Andy Wurm Tire and Wheel Company parking lot, near the Ferguson Police Department, Thursday night. Several protesters remained in the street and the on-duty police commander told officers to begin making arrests.
