ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A Webster Groves man, recently released from prison, is once again in trouble with the law.
Cornealious Mike Anderson was convicted in 2000 for armed robbery. It then took the Missouri Department of Corrections 13 years to realize that Anderson was not locked up.
A judge later ruled that he was a changed man and released him, declaring that his 4,794 days free counted as time served. Click here for that story
Anderson is now charged with robbery after police say he dragged a woman down Broadway and stole her purse.
Anderson was identified by the woman and a witness from the scene.
