ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – An Arnold, Missouri man has been sentence to prison for felony charges of stealing and receiving stolen property.

Court documents say Jerry Lee Burris Jr., 35, stole $669.50 worth of property from an unlocked vehicle in 2013. Documents state Burris also stole $2,000 worth of property from a tool shed in Arnold.

The items taken by Burris include coins, tools and silver bars. Police recovered some of the stolen property.

On Oct. 21, Burris pleaded guilty and was sentence to five years in prison for the charged.
