ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Seven people, including a 12-year-old boy, were transported following a crash on Highway 367 late Thursday night.
According to police, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 367 and Comet around 10:00 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said one of the vehicles crossed over the center line striking the other head on.
Authorities say none of the car's passengers were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash
Police say the 12-year-old boy is in serious condition and had to be airlifted for treatment. Two other people are listed in serious condition, a 5-year-old boy and two others are in moderate condition and a 6-year-old suffered minor injuries in the accident.
All lanes of Highway 367 were closed between Interstate 270 and Chambers Road for about four hours.
