ST. CHARLES, MO. (KMOV.com) – Starting Monday morning, drivers will be able to use all eastbound lanes of the new portion of the Page Avenue Extension.
When the roadway was opened on Nov. 3 traffic was restricted to one lane.
Missouri Department of Transportation crews finished some of the remainder of the work last week so the road could be completely open on the eastbound side.
Traffic using the westbound lanes will be restricted to one lane still.
The $118 million construction project was divided into three phases starting in 2003 with the construction of the Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Missouri River.
