(KMOV.com) -- Parents who paid for newborn photograph packages contacted News 4 saying they did not receive any photographs or information regarding their purchases from Faller Photography.
All customers were satisfied with the quality of the photographs. But they were unhappy with the amount of time it was taking to receive their order. To make matters worse, they had trouble getting ahold of the company’s owner, Ed Faller.
“He doesn't answer the phone, we don't know what is going on” said Alicia Giles.
She is still waiting on her final order after paying for it back in March of 2013.
News 4 sent producers undercover posing as a couple interested in a photo shoot to see if we could get answers from Ed Faller. Faller came and took their pictures. After the session, News 4’s Chris Nagus asked him about the problems with his business.
“[We] went through a downsizing [and were] having some issues. We’re actually in the process of closing down all together or doing something completely different” said Faller.
After our meeting, Faller did fix issues with three couples who had not received their photographs.
But as of Wednesday, Alicia Giles was still waiting. The Better Business Bureau is still receiving complaints about the company.
