According to police, 61-year-old Donald Mueller may have fallen asleep, causing his car, which was going south, to drive into northbound lanes. Authorities said 49-year-old Robin Wells, who was driving the other car, was trapped and suffered serious injuries. A 9-year-old girl in Wells' car was airlifted to a hospital.
