Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
This is a seasonal favorite, and it is extremely easy.
3 Cups and Half and Half
2 Cups heavy Whipping Cream
1 and 3/4 of a cup sugar
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Nutmeg
15 oz Libby's Pumpkin Pie Puree
Mix all in a stainless mixing bowl and cool down to 40 degrees.
The pop it in your ice cream freezer and freeze to manufacturer’s instructions.
Once you have frozen it down, fold in some Graham Cracker pieces and Bob’s your Uncle.
