(KMOV)-- Police are searching for a woman accused of robbing the PNC Bank in south St. Louis.
Authorities said around 12 p.m. Saturday the suspect walked into the bank located at 4131 South Grand and handed a note to the teller. The suspect indicated she had a gun and that other individuals were waiting outside the bank and were also armed with guns.
The suspect is described as a black female, 45-55 years of age, approximately 5'2-5'4 and weighing approximately 140-160 pounds. She has shoulder length black hair though investigators believe it could be a wig. She was wearing all black clothing and a black and yellow hat.
Police believe the suspect may be responsible for another bank robbery earlier this year.
