ST. LOUIS (AP/KMOV) -- The owner of a St. Louis comic book store is facing charges that he sexually attacked a 13-year-old girl.

Police arrested 57-year-old Kenneth McClure on Thursday night after a standoff of more than three hours at his Legends Comics and Sports Cards business.

McClure is charged with 1st degree statutory rape, 3rd degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Police say McClure drew a handgun when officers arrived to arrest him, and he refused to leave the building. Negotiations helped bring about an end to the standoff.

McClure's bail was set at $75,000.

McClure does not have a listed home telephone number. A message left Friday at his business was not immediately returned.

The victim is not related to McClure.
