(KMOV) -- A woman was ejected from an SUV in an early morning crash.
It happened just after midnight on Thursday morning on Interstate 55 at Richardson Road.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Faith Amber Vaughn, 19, was driving a Ford Explorer southbound on I-55.
Vaughn's vehicle went off the right side of the road and hit a Chevrolet Monte Carlo that was parked on the shoulder.
The Explorer flipped and Kimberly Vaughn, 37, was ejected from the vehicle.
Kimberly was airlifted from the scene to a local hospital where she is listed in fair condition.
Authorities say Kimberly was not wearing a seat belt.
