Your Story: West County towing dispute

(KMOV)-- Some patrons of a popular West County nightspot say their cars are being towed by a neighboring restaurant.

News 4 was contacted by one man who said his car was towed at a cost of $300. He admits he was parked in the lot for the IHOP while he went over to the Brickhouse restaurant. But he told News 4 he didn't see the small signs and he wasn't even given a warning.

The owner of the IHOP told News 4 that Brickhouse patrons are taking his parking spaces and hurting his business.

Chesterfield police said the IHOP's towing signs are legal.
