January 4-St. Charles. St. Charles County Administration Building, Room 116, 201 North 2nd Street. Question and answer session starts at 5:30 p.m. The local public hearing will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. or until all of those who wish to testify have done so, whichever is sooner.
 
January 5-Hayti. Hayti High School, ITV Room, 400 North 4th Street. Question and answer session starts at 5:30 p.m. The local public hearing will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. or until all of those who wish to testify have done so, whichever is sooner.
 
January 5-Dexter. Dexter Armory, 105 East North Main Street. Question and answer session begins at 5:30 p.m. The local public hearing will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. or until all of those who wish to testify have done so, whichever is sooner.
 
January 7-Mexico. Mexico Advanced Technology Center-TCRC, 2900 Dorelli Lane. Question and answer session begins at 11:30 a.m. The local public hearing will be held from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. or until all of those who wish to testify have done so, whichever is sooner.
